Hello my name is Alan Christensen; I am a Professional
Certified Building inspector and owner of A&I
Professional Service. I know that there are many
inspectors in California to choose from and I appreciate
you looking into our services. OUR GOAL IS TO BECOME
LEADERS IN THE REAL ESTATE INSPECTION FIELD!
I have over 15 years of experience in the construction and
Building Inspections fields. I have owned my business for
over 10 years performing an average of 25 inspections per
week.
I am certified by the ICC/ICBO (Feel free to contact their
website or I can provide a copy of my certificate upon request).
I am insured by All State Insurance (Policy and contact
numbers available upon request).
My Business is registered and I can provide my business
license number.
I am a member of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce and the
Paramount Chamber of Commerce in California.
I truly believe that good referral sources for home inspection
services are friends, neighbors, or business acquaintances
who have been satisfied with a home inspector. In addition,
lawyers and mortgage brokers may also recommend a home
inspector. Real estate brokers and salesmen may not directly
recommend a specific home inspection company or home
inspector unless representing the buyer as a buyer's broker.
Brokers, however, may provide assistance to buyers in
accessing information on licensed home inspectors.
Its better to obtain your own inspection before putting your
home on the market. Find out about problems and get them
corrected in advance, on your own terms. Or describe the
items as is and adjust the purchase price. Otherwise, you can
count on the buyers inspector finding them, at the worst
possible time, causing delays, and costing you money.
