How long will a home inspection take?
The average inspection takes two to four hours depending on the size, age and condition
of the property.

Should the prospect home buyer or seller be present for the inspection?

We strongly urge that the prospective buyer or seller for the walk through at the end of the
inspection, by being present, the seller or buyer will have a far greater understanding of the
property that is being sold or purchased.

You will find that my inspection reports are easy to read and the explanations very helpful.
We also include basic maintenance and safety tips and recommendations that will be a
valuable resource for years to come.

When do I receive my report?

You will receive your report usually within 72hours depending on size, age and location of
your property.  Your report can be either a paper report hand- delivered to you or we can
email you the report digitally to your email address so you can print as many copies as you
need. Unlike my competitors I will not give you a report on the spot, I like to be able to
double check my notes and photos and write a detail and easy to understand report for my
clients.
